Unhealthy Eating

The  Center for Science in the Public Interest, an organization whose name suggests the existence of a group of evil scientists bent on discovering terrible diseases and deadly weapons, has published their annual Xtreme Eating Awards (They are scientists, not English teachers, hence their problems with spelling)

The Crispy Chicken Costoletta from The Cheesecake Factory has as many calories as an twelve piece bucket from KFC, although the latter has less than half the saturated fat.

The highest calorie count that they found in a single dish was also from The Cheesecake Factory. Bistro Shrimp Pasta sounds as though it should be healthy, but with 3120 calories it is over one and a half times the recommended daily intake for an adult. The saturated fat content is equivalent to a five day recommended dosage.

The lesson to learn from this: stick to the desserts at The Cheesecake Factory.
