Unfriendly Skies Part II

I do not run an airline, but I have a couple of hints to those who run United:

1) If you supply headphones for the in-flight entertainment system try to ensure that the jacks match the sockets on the plane – especially if the sockets are non-standard.

2) If there are multiple flights on a particular route, it is helpful if you place the passengers’ luggage on the same flight as the passenger.
