Legendary Customer Service

There is a impression that the US excels at customer service. It is certainly true that shop and restaurant staff tend to be more friendly than back in the UK. However, I think it may be possible that Customer Service can be taken too far. A barista in the Seattle area has donated a kidney to one of her store’s customers.
