Business Casual

California is eight hours behind the UK, but when it comes to office attire it is closer to eight hundred years behind.

  1. … but be assured that the fabric is eco-friendly, manufacturers are carbon-neutral, swords duly registered with the local PD after the requisite criminal background check and 7 day waiting period, in the event of a crime the king will order a fair trial manned with a coed jury of one’s peers, and if the death penalty is ordered the Supreme Court will have blessed the form of execution as neither cruel nor unusual punishment.

On second thought, perhaps all these characteristics leave us Californians rather more than 800 years behind the times. And I am not certain whether this is a good thing or a bad thing, or perhaps in that terrible vacuum of grey between the two.
